How long will it take for my order to ship?

We strive to get your new Android radio to you as quickly as possible. Here's what you can expect:

  • Standard Orders: Most orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days.
  • Special Orders & Less Common Radios: Some units may require additional processing time due to their unique nature or limited availability. These orders typically ship within 5 -10 Business days.
  • Quality Control: We take quality seriously. Every unit undergoes a 24-hour testing period before it leaves our warehouse.

Do you have a phone number I can call?

Yes, we do have a phone number, but unfortunately, we've been experiencing a high volume of calls from individuals who are NOT Digital Octopus Radio customers seeking technical assistance. This has tied up our lines and made it difficult to provide timely support to our valued customers.

To ensure we can prioritize assistance for those who have purchased from us, we've reserved our phone line primarily for appointment calls. Do you offer installation services?

Yes, we provide professional installation services at our Kendal, FL shop. With appointment only.

  • Man! So I bought a used cc10-15 off Facebook for a great price. I started having issues immediately after installing the unit and after some communication with Max, he called me and went over a few things. Turns out the previous owner had deemed the radio defective, DO sent him a new one and he never returned the defective one, he sold it to me… Max was great and ordered me a new unit for basically the cost of shipping! I could not say more about the customer service with this company, sometimes communication takes a while, but hey we’re all busy! I rate these guys 10 out of 10! Would definitely recommend them to everyone! Thanks again guys!

  • I bought my radio from aliexpress china, and it was a complete nightmare getting some support. Thankfully, I found Digital Octopus and wrote a email in hopes they would assist me. My radios mic was not working correctly, so I wrote to them Saturday night to see if they could help me find a solution. Never in my life have I recieved such a quick response. Digital Octopus responded the next day with a video and instructions. They were awesome and helped me even though I did not purchase the item from them. I had looked all over the internet for the fix and they were the only ones that helped me and didn't ask for anything in returnThanks again Digital Octupus

  • I bought the KWS-1015 from Digital Octopus and thought I’d share my experience. Before I purchased the unit I was looking on Ali Express because they were a couple hundred bucks cheaper for what looks like the same unit. I asked multiple questions about the unit but never received any response. When I reached out to DO, Max Perez answered all my questions and offered support after the sale so I purchased the unit. I received the unit and I think it’s pretty good quality, it was very easy to install, and all the installation videos are on YouTube. With a couple adapters that DO provided I was able to keep my OE rear view camera and my center console USB still works. Max identified a camera that would work as a front camera with the system and provided real time (FaceTime) support when I couldn’t get my previous camera to work. I really couldn’t ask for better customer service. Just thought I’d throw this out there for anyone that’s on the fence about buying a DO unit.
